Gathering Place

The Gathering Place is located behind the Village Laundry Room and used to host Morning Coffee, card games, and other resident events.

Gathering Place Regulations:

1. The use of the Gathering Place is limited to the residents of Champagne Village.

2. Any person who is a Caregiver shall not use any of the Association Common Area facilities or equipment or enter into any of the Association Recreational or other areas except and solely to the extent that such use or entry is necessary in order to provide needed or reasonably requested assistance to a Care Recipient for whom such Caregiver is responsible.
